Ok… Little rant.

If you’re between 12~15 years old and loving the PCD, if you’re susceptible and particularly stubborn, I suggest you don’t read this. It’s just a suggestion though. (knowing this will make you read it, obviously)

(And yes I’ll frequently be using macros depending on my moods XD)

I’m gonna play the bad girl right now, I mean, sarcastic/mean/whatever… But i’m waiting for one of my new PCD fanvids to be encoded properly and while I was boringly waiting (its pretty late and I don’t feel like multi-tasking on the computer right now), I stumbled upon a; sorry; pretty lame video on Youtube about the PCD, which was weirdly VERY well rated (I mean, wow, 5 stars), and only had good comments too. Well OK, not everybody has the same tastes…. yet, it was made like this person has actually been playing “What if I try using that program with my eyes closed all the time ?” … I know it sounds mean, it just ANNOYS me a lot.
→ Also, I read something that TOTALLY made my day (…or night. Whatever.). Be prepared, it’s something :

From a 15year old girl : “When I’m turning 18 I wanna be a Pussycat Doll“.

…But she was visibly being dead serious cause she said that was “was she was setting for so far”.
………………….HELLO ?? I understand you’d like to be a Pussycat Doll, I don’t doubt it, they’re gorgeous, talented, famous women. But please, to all you young girls, PLEASE. OPEN YOUR EYES. This is NEVER going to happen !
→ First of all, when you’ll all be an adult, Nicole would have turned 40 (almost) , Mel would be 35, the Pussycat Dolls WON’T be there anymore.
→ Also, start taking some good dance lessons everyday after school cause you’ll need it. No, no, no ! leave your current school and go for a DANCE school.
→ And, forget about eating anything you like, you won’t be able to anymore. You’ll have to go to the gym every single day of your life, practice, practice, practice, and practice again. And by the way, if you’re not already a very good dancer at 15, FORGET it. It’s sad, but life is unfair.

Of course the PCD can be a very good source of motivation and even, why not, ambition for lots of girls, I can’t and don’t deny it. I just find that terribly cliché to say on the internet “when i’m turning i’m gonna be a Pussycat Doll !“. Like, in 3 years, you’ll suddenly become Nicole Scherzinger.

Why am I actually saying all that when I’m a PCD fan myself ? Well, I know that can sound absolutely mean but that’s my point of view. I feel like an old thing loving this group at almost 20 while I seem to only find teenage girls wanting to become a PCD when they grow up on various sites.

Also, well, yeah, I understand you can somewhat believe/dream of becoming that kind of woman when growing up. One side of me doesn’t blame these girls, the other just totally does. I mean, come on, at one point they look/speak/act childish, and then they’re coming up with stuff people of MY age are supposed to live/say/think. What happened to NORMAL teenagers ? Where are they ?? I’m tired of seeing GIRLS acting like WOMEN. Please girls, you’re 15, you’re everything but a woman. AND I don’t even claim to be a woman either, while i’m 5 years older than you all. Hopefully you’ll realize later you’ve been acting silly.
→ *sigh* This post became a rant about 15year old girls instead of one about some PCD type of fans that are annoying me XD I’m not saying every single 15year old girl’s like that, obviously, I’m just talking of the majority, and based on what I see everyday they’re a BIG majority. Also I can’t ask younger persons to necessarily act like I’m doing at my age, that would be stupid……Wait no, that’s not. XD Just kidding.

Anyway… keep loving PCD, that’d already be a good thing, yet, some girls, maybe, should start thinking of their future differently. I mean, face reality.
